Motion Sync was awarded first place in the pitch competition at the 2026 Michigan Inventors Coalition Inventors Summit in East Lansing.

At the summit, our team presented PREACT and shared how Motion Sync is addressing motion sickness and passenger comfort as vehicles become increasingly connected, automated, and technology-driven.

The pitch highlighted the development of PREACT as a practical mobility solution designed to anticipate vehicle movement and help reduce motion sickness for passengers.

Daniel Sousa Schulman, PhD, and Lynx Yin represented Motion Sync on stage, presenting the company’s technology, product vision, and broader opportunity within the mobility space.

We are also grateful to our strategic advisor, Kristin Welch, for her guidance and support leading up to the competition.

Winning first place was an exciting milestone for the Motion Sync team and an encouraging recognition of the need for better passenger-comfort solutions in future mobility.

Thank you to the Michigan Inventors Coalition for hosting the summit and to everyone who stopped by to learn more about PREACT and speak with our team.
