Introduction

Motion Sync Technologies Inc (“Motion Sync,” “we,” or “us”) is the developer of the PREACT Haptic mobile application (“the App”). We value your privacy, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. This policy describes the types of information we collect, how and why we use it, and the choices available to you. We are committed to using personal data responsibly and transparently. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising, or share it with data brokers. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

We collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and support the App and related services. This includes the following types of data:

• Name and Email Address (Contact Information): We collect your name and email address when you create an account. This information is used to create and secure your user account, authenticate access to the App, communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support matters

• Usage Data (Product Interaction): We automatically collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, frequency and duration of use, in-app interactions, and events. This data helps us understand how the App is used, improve usability, and guide product development. Usage data is typically analyzed in an aggregated form and does not directly identify you.

• Crash Data: If the App crashes or encounters an error, we collect diagnostic information such as device and operating system details, app state at the time of the crash, error logs and stack traces. This information is used solely to identify, diagnose, and resolve stability issues.

• Performance Data: We collect performance metrics including app launch and screen load times, memory, battery, and network usage, responsiveness and reliability indicators. Performance data helps ensure the App runs smoothly across devices and environments.

The App does not allow users to submit user-generated content such as text, images, or social posts. We do not collect content of this nature.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and secure the App; to provide account access and customer support; to communicate service-related information and product updates; to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability; to develop, test, and enhance features and functionality; to conduct internal research, analytics, and quality assurance; and to support business operations and planning related to the App. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising and do not sell personal data.

We may aggregate or anonymize information so it can no longer reasonably identify an individual. Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for analytics, research, reporting, product insights, and business or marketing materials.

Communications

We may send you communications related to: account administration, product updates, service announcements, and support or safety information. Where applicable, you may opt out of non-essential promotional communications by following the instructions provided in those messages.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to support App functionality. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are required to protect it.

• Firebase (Google): We use Google Firebase for user authentication, cloud data storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may process usage, performance, and diagnostic information (such as device identifiers and event logs) on our behalf to help us operate and improve the App.

• Google Maps Platform: The App uses Google Maps services to provide mapping and location-based features. When using these features, Google may process location and diagnostic data in accordance with its own privacy policies. Motion Sync does not store precise location data received from Google Maps. Use of Google Maps features is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Account Data is retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account, personal information will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal obligations. Usage, Crash, and Performance Data is retained for a limited period to analyze trends and improve the App. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained longer.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and such users are not permitted to create accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including accessing and correcting your information, requesting deletion of personal data, withdrawing consent for optional data processing, requesting a copy of your data, and objecting to certain processing activities. Business Transfers

If Motion Sync is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
